¡Hola! antes de trabajar conmigo, tengo un par de términos de servicio del cual deberías estar enterado
⚠ Al solicitarme una comisión, usted acepta estos ⚠ términos de servicio・┆✦ʚ♡ɞ✦ ┆ ・

✿ Si tiene alguna pregunta, siéntase con la libertad de preguntar!✿ Si quieres un encargo, por favor primero envíame un mensaje con los detalles del personaje, referencias y personalidad (Sé tan extenso y detallado como quieras).✿ Todo lo que haga en la comisión realizada será en pro de satisfacer al máximo al cliente. Así que, por favor, utilice referencias claras.✿ El precio base del personaje ya incluye el fondo plano (Color/PNG)✿ Comenzaré la comisión sólo después de que se haya realizado el 100% del pago.✿ ¡Hay una “Tarifa Furry” debido a su complejidad! +5 USD si tu personaje es peludo para todo tipo de comisión.✿ Después de confirmar el pago, agregaré su comisión a la lista de cola.✿Sólo acepto pago vía PayPal (Internacional) o vía Transferencia Bancaria (Chile). Los pagos de PayPal sólo se aceptarán en USD (Dólar Americano).✿ NO HAY REEMBOLSOS. A menos que no haya podido completar mi parte y te doy la opción de un reembolso.✿ Dependiendo de la dificultad del encargo, me reservo el derecho de aumentar los precios.✿ IMPORTANTE Por favor tenga paciencia y no apresure el proceso, quiero dar lo mejor de mí (Puede llevar un día o un mes finalizar su comisión). Pero para una modificación realmente importante, hay un cargo extra.✿ Cuando el dibujo esté terminado, te enviaré una captura de pantalla de la pieza final, si se aprueba te enviaré la ilustración en resolución completa (Formato PNG) por Google Drive.✿ Publicaré el dibujo en mis redes sociales, pero no lo haré si no quieres.✿ En caso de volver a subir la comisión de alguna red social, por favor acreditar en la descripción.
NO RAASTRES, ROBES NI RECLAMES MI TRABAJO COMO TUYO.✿ Tengan en cuenta que tengo redes sociales para mantenerme actualizando, es por eso que algunas comisiones pueden tardar más que otras o trabajo en otras ilustraciones que no están relacionadas con comisiones.

Hey! before you work with me, I have some terms of service that you must know about.
⚠ When requesting a commission from me, you accept ⚠ these terms of service・┆✦ʚ♡ɞ✦ ┆ ・

✿ If you have any questions, feel free to ask!✿ If you want to commission me, please send me a message first with your character details, references and personality. (Be as extensive and detailed as you want)✿ Anything that I do for the commission will be in order to satisfy the client as much as possible, so please use clear references.✿ The base price for the character includes a simple background (Color/PNG)✿ I'll begin the commission only when 100% of the payment is done.✿ There's a ''Furry Fee'' due to the complexity! +5 USD if your character is furry for any commission.✿ After confirming the commission payment, I will add it to the waitlist.✿ I only accept payment via PayPal (International) or via Wire Transfer(Chile). Payments from PayPal will only be accepted in USD (American Dollar).✿ NO REFUNDS. The only exeption is if I couldn't complete my part, only then I will give you an option of a refund.✿ Depending on the complexity of the commission, I will reserve rights to increase prices.✿ IMPORTANT Please be patient and don't rush the process, I want to give the best of me (It can take a day or a month to finish your commission).✿ If you have a deadline or need me to proritize your drawing it will have an additional fee.✿ The commissioner can use the drawing in any non-commercial way they desire. This includes to repost it, use it as a profile picture and print it for themselves.✿ The commissioner CAN'T use any art piece for any commercial way unless they ask first, have a deal with me and has covered the commercial fee.✿ I have the right to reject your order if I know I can't do a good job with the character.✿ I DON'T DO A NEW SKETCH, so please be very specific about what you want.✿ You have to be aware that what you want to commission me will adapt perfectly to my style.✿ Once the commission is done, it's possible to do a little bit of changes like tweaking colors or add/remove little things. But for a big and important tweak there is an extra fee✿ Once the drawing is finished, I will send you a screenshot of the final work. If it's approved I will send the full illustration with full resolution (PNG Format) by Google Drive.✿ I will publish the drawing on my social media, but if you don't want to, I won't.✿ In case you want to publish the final artwork in any social media, please credit me in the description.
DO NOT SCRATCH, STEAL OR CLAIM MY WORK AS YOURS.✿ Take in count that I have social media that I need to keep updating, that's why some commissions can take longer than others or that I work in other illustrations that aren't related to the commissions.
